“The Walnut-Natural Kitchen”
The initial vision for this build was to design a kitchen that resembled furniture, more so than cabinetry. Utilizing both sap and heartwood of the walnut tree provided a natural aesthetic, with contrasting tones. The repetitive use of large panels across the cabinetry face, gives a modern feel and allowed us to get creative with internal storage space. The long island/table provides plenty of room for entertaining, while staying close to the kitchen and we even managed to work in a walk-in pantry, tucked away in one corner of the room.
